Looking to just buy on our multi-vendor platform? Register as a Customer once you're identify is confirmed as a business you will receive a confirmation email and welcome instructions.

There are no fees to signup as a Customer or Vendor, but you must be a business in the industries we support.

Want to take it up a notch! Signup as a Vendor and start liquidating your excess inventory.

If you start as a Customer you can always upgrade your account at a later date by selecting the option on the dashboard when you first sign into the site.

You make money when products are sold to another dealer less the 12.5% transaction fee, which is assessed at the time of the order. Your profits are held in your account for a period of seven to ten days at a minimum to ensure the order is shipped and giving the buyer time to receive the inventory. The transaction fee covers the cost of the credit card transaction.

You are paid after a grace period for your part of the sale less any freight and site processing fees. After the set grace period you can request a payout which will then either be paid our to your PayPal account or transferred directly to your checking account. The 12.5% process fee is assessed at the time of the order.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time the buyer goes to checkout on the shopping cart. Options available are FedEx, UPS and USPS. Freight costs are collected at the time of the transaction. From there you need to package up the product(s), print the shipping documents and drop them off. It is important when you add items to your store that you added in weight and the dimensions. If there is a variance from the shipping fees calculated and the actual cost you may be liable for those added cost.

This site is not meant to be an eCommerce to sell to consumers. We are here to support our Vendors so we are happy to evaluate connecting you with them on a case by case basis.

Part of our goal is to protect manufacturers brands and the individual markets for dealers who are trained and certified to provide consultation and professional installation services.

As a manufacturers rep you are always trying to track down who may have a specific part to help another dealer who needs to close out a project or needs a legacy part to get an existing customers system back up and running.

Here is a great opportunity to help your dealers clear out old and excess inventory that they cannot send back to manufacturers or the restocking fees are so steep it is not worth the effort.

Our site is not intended as a place for distributors to sell to dealers standard stock and flow items BUT if you have your own BStock items such as discontinued items, open box or other slightly loved items then we are certainly here to help on a case by case basis.

Once Vendors have processed your order and placed it into shipped status they will update the order with the tracking information (UPS, FedEx or USPS), which will then notify you via email.

First, contact the seller directly and ask for order tracking. Please work with the selling Vendor as your first point of contact, if you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, we will work with the Vendor directly to help resolve the issue. Since BStock2Cash does not have possession of the product(s) being shipped it is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to pick, pack and ship their orders. Items lost or damaged in transit are not covered by BStock2Cash Inc. shipping fees.

When you register as an BStock2Cash Vendor (seller), we'll confirm your identity, checking account details for payouts, and business details if applicable. It is our goal to approve all new Vendor registrations within one business day or less.

Once you are approved you will receive notification via email and welcome instructions to setup your store.

There are no fees to signup as a Vendor or list products on the site. Our goal is to matchup buyers with your store so when you make money we make money!

When you sell on BStock2Cash, you're responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws.

BStock2Cash is using a tax compliance software suite to calculate and manage sales tax. We will collect the sales tax if required at the point of purchase and file with the various tax authorities. When Customers register on the site they have the option to provide their reseller permit(s) to be listed as tax exempt.
